I am kicking off a new challenge for all of the HCG dieters out there, myself included. To learn how to join my challenge, watch the video below or click here.

2 Week Challenge Requirements:
-Must eat all food servings
-No sucralose
-No soda/carbonation of any kind
-No mixing vegetables, even mixing with lettuce
-Weigh only 1 time per week
-Exercise 3 times per week for at least a half hour
-Keep daily diaries of exactly what you ate, how much water you had, any supplements you took, what you did for exercise, list an accomplishment, and an area of improvement.
-Post your daily diary in the comments section of my daily diary blogs.

-Weigh and measure once per week
