This week I have really been struggling to stay on track. Going into the weekend, Im trying to avoid caving in to the inevitable temptations.

I talked about how sick I was after cheating last weekend, and its be an uphill battle trying to recover from that

I really want to reach my goal of 30 pounds for
this round and I have quite a ways to go! Refocusing is essential for me. I am a big fan of writing lists and setting goals. It seems like posting them here will somehow make me more accountable.

Goals for tonight:
3 more liters of water
No food after 7 p.m.

Goals for tomorrow: 
No condiments
5 liters of water
Protein shake for lunch
No Beef

Goals for Sunday:
No meat (vegetarian day)
5 liters of water
Detox bath

I will be sure to keep everyone updated on how these goals go. I would love to hear how all of you re-focus after a bad cheat.
