Day one of round three is in the books! :) So far Im feeling really good. Im down 4.4 pounds from  yesterday! Im hoping to lose 4.8 more by the end of Saturday.

Ive decided to workout during the VLCD unlike my previous rounds. I was a little nervous that I would get light headed mid-cardio. However, yesterday I did really well, and despite being a little sore from my toning circuit I feel comfortable in continuing to workout.

On another note...

This morning I woke up to rain. Knowing that the walk to my car would be cold, I tried finding a sweater. The only downside to losing 60 pounds this summer is that none of my winter clothes fit. Its bitter sweet.

I found this sweater, which last winter was my favorite.

As you can see its a little large. The picture doesnt show it well, but it comes about halfway down my thigh. I feel a little frumpy....I think I may need to do some shopping for winter clothing. :) Shopping? Im perfectly happy about it. 

Im going to be uploading my food and exercise logs on a consistent basis. Part of this will be motivation and accountability for me, another part will be to help new-comers out with what an average day on HCG looks like.
