Hope all of you are doing well on your 2 week challenge! Yesterday was a good day for me. I was able to stay focused which is always challenging. Before I get to my daily diary, I wanted to share my most recent picture!

I was cleaning out my closet this weekend and I found the shirt that I took my original before picture in. I was curious to see how it fit compared to before... so I tried it on. :) Wow. Ive come so far. Its hard to believe that this shirt was so tight and now its so loose! Its also hard to believe Ive lost as much weight as I have.

People ask all the time how I feel, and honestly, I feel like me. I feel less self-conscious about my belly, I feel less tired and less embarrassed. But Im still me. :) And even though I have lost pounds and insecurities, I havent lost my personality. My journey isnt complete yet, and Im not sure if it ever will be. I will always have to be conscious of the foods I eat. I will always be nervous about going back to where I was, but Im taking all of those concerns one day at a time.

Thank you for all the support. I could not have done any of this without all of you.

Speaking of taking things one day at a time, heres my Daily Diary for day 2:

1 can fat-free chicken
2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
2 Wasa crackers
Kale chips
3 tsp. hot sauce
2 boiled eggs
3 liters water
9 strawberries

Exercise: No :( Homework, school, dinner. ect.

Accomplishment: I got in both my servings of veggies!
Area of improvement: I had some wing sauce on my kale chips, which has some oil in it... Yeah, I probably shouldnt have that.
